The 2012 International Sales and Marketing Conference held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim,CA, welcomed over 4,000 guests from around the world to a week of seminars, marketing sessions, and meet and greets. To kick off the week, russell harris EVENT GROUP, in conjunction with Coloredge, created a Welcome Reception that was truly unforgettable.
Since the reception fell on the same day as Super Bowl XLVI, it was only fitting that the event have a festive tailgate theme. To create this environment, russell harris EVENT GROUP, used custom stadium seating, a green astro-turf “football field,” and barbecue facades in addition to Coloredge’ custom-made visuals.
Coloredge created the banners, table tents, and bar graphics for the event, integrating the client’s logo and specific brand colors into the football theme. Detailed personalized flags were hand-mounted to vinyl strips and hung around the event space to create a real “Game-day” feel. Coloredge was also responsible for the graphics and visual elements within the sponsorship areas.
Guests were wowed by the presentation of the event, and the client “amazed” at the transformation of the event space. It was a the perfect open to the 2012 International Sales and Marketing Conference, and a great way to enjoy Super Bowl XLVI.
